Norfolk Broads Cottages - Herons Cottage

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Guests are booking short term holiday accommodation for the period agreed at the time of booking.
  2. Overnight accommodation of visiting friends or family is not permitted the cottage is only insured for a maximum of 4 persons.
  3. Norfolk Broads Cottages cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings while staying at Herons Cottage.
  4. Arrival time is after 3.00pm, departure by 10.00.a.m. the cottage is thoroughly cleaned between bookings we would appreciate if guests would leave the cottage clean and tidy.
    Arrival and departure times can be varied subject to availability you will be informed at time of booking if this is possible.
  5. Breakage's do happen please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange replacements.
  6. A deposit is required to confirm your booking the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, bookings less than 12 weeks from arrival will require full payment.
  7. Cancellation by Norfolk Broads Cottages:
    We cannot be held responsible for cancellation due to circumstances outside our control in the unlikely event of a cancellation we will refund any payments you have made.
  8. Cancellation by guests:
    Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel we will endeavour to rebook the period if successful we will refund your payment less £35.00 administration fee.
  9. Smoking is not permitted we reserve the right to charge for cleaning if this condition is violated.
  10. Wireless Broadband is available at no additional cost you will be provided with a password to connect, by doing this you agree to fair and legal usage.
